• Department of Water, San Diego , California – Participated on value Engineering Team to reduce the cost of a new headquarters facility for the San Diego Water Department. Facility included a high-rise office building and vehicle maintenance yard containing several maintenance buildings and a fuel station. Developed recommendations and budgetary costs for effective security measures in an overall Security Master Plan.
