Jonathan L. Hale, CPP, President

Mr. Hale brings nearly 17 years of comprehensive experience in security concepts and practices. His experience includes security and risk assessments as well as the design of access control, CCTV, intrusion alarm and related security systems. But Mr. Hale believes that physical security depends on a balance of People and Procedures, is addition to technology. Without equal attention to these two critical factors, an effective security program can not be developed.

Prior to entering the security field, Mr. Hale spent over fifteen years with a Fortune 500 firm in various management positions. He brings his knowledge of management principles to the security field.

His experience in security has ranged from a Manufacturer's Representative for closed circuit security television systems and perimeter fence protection systems, to a National Account Representative for a major national security organization. He has been a physical security consultant for over ten years.
